Question 1

What are your current lead times?

Accepted Answer

Typical lead times:

- **Residential folding-arm awnings** — 4–6 weeks from order.
- **Pergolas and glass rooms** — 6–8 weeks.
- **Commercial branded units** — 4–6 weeks (subject to artwork sign-off).

Peak season (Feb–May) can extend these by 1–2 weeks. We confirm the delivery window when your deposit is received.

Question 2

How are your awnings manufactured?

Accepted Answer

All of our units are assembled by hand in the UK factory. The component parts are designed in Italy by one Europe's leading awning manufacturers.

Every awning is bespoke - built to order, to the customers specification.

Manufacture time is around 2-3 weeks once the deposit is paid.

Question 3

Can you install quickly for a restaurant opening?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we regularly fast-track commercial installs for opening deadlines. Talk to us early: some fabrics and frames can be prioritised, and a survey slot is easier to secure with notice.

Fast-track surcharges may apply.

Question 4

What happens if the install is delayed by weather?

Accepted Answer

We won't install in high winds or heavy rain — it's unsafe for the team and risks damaging the fabric. If we have to postpone, we reschedule as soon as conditions allow, usually within a few days.

No re-visit fee if the delay is on our side.

Question 5

How do we book the install date?

Accepted Answer

We'll contact you 1–2 weeks before your awning arrives to book a fitting date. Most installs are scheduled within a week of the awning being completed and ready for install.
